The SOTERIA Consortium Completes Horizon Results Booster Business Plan Development Service

The SOTERIA consortium is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Business Plan Development service, provided through the Horizon Results Booster (HRB) of the European Commission. This initiative involved representatives from the SOTERIA team, including project coordinator Netcompany-Intrasoft, exploitation manager SWARCO Solutions Centre, and technical partners such as the University of Deusto, Frontier Innovations, Vianova, and Fraunhofer IVI. These participants received tailor-made training and support for developing a business plan for one of our Key Exploitable Results.

Developing a business plan is critical in transitioning a technology from the research phase to a viable commercial product or service. With the expert guidance of Giovanni Bendistinto, the team was provided with a structured approach to better understand the market landscape, identify opportunities, and craft business strategies to maximise the impact of SOTERIA’s technologies. This newly gained knowledge will be instrumental in advancing SOTERIA's innovations and bringing them closer to market adoption.
